  • You can visit Australia any time of year with Australian Custom Tours, but keep in mind that summer and winter temperatures can range from chilly to scorching! To ensure you have the best experience possible, it’s always a good idea to chat with us about your travel plans. We’ll help you navigate the seasonal variations and suggest the best options based on the time of year and the locations you want to explore. Let’s make sure your Aussie adventure is perfectly tailored to the weather and your preferences!

  • Australia is vast, and while you could spend a year exploring and still miss some gems, a well-crafted tour can help you experience most of Australia’s top highlights in just 7 to 15 days! That’s where our Australian Custom Tours come in. Whether you’re after an action-packed adventure or a more relaxed journey, we can create a personalised tour that fits your interests and preferences.

  • Yes we can arrange all aspects of your Australian Custom Tour including transport, accommodation, and activities. The only thing we don’t arrange are international flights.


  • Yes we can help create your dream New Zealand vacation.

  • We only arrange domestic flights in Australia.

    If we are helping you with your New Zealand leg of your vacation we can arrange flights between New Zealand and Australia.

  • We use our multi day itineraries and private tours as a starting point for your custom private tour. Once we know your group size, level of accommodation, transport style and preferred experiences we can create an itinerary with pricing.


  • When we provide a trip quote, we separate costs into land arrangements (including accommodation, touring, transfers, etc.) and airfare. However, we are unable to provide an itemised cost breakdown. As a retail tour operator, we secure exclusive rates from our trusted travel partners across the South Pacific, and these contracted rates are subject to non-disclosure agreements.

    While Australian Custom Tours is not a discount travel service, we are committed to working within your budget. Our goal is to provide expert, unbiased advice to help you make well-informed decisions for your journey.

  • You can drive using your foreign drivers licence for up to three months, as long as it is in English. If it doesn't have a photo you should always carry your passport with you when you drive.
