The four processes to planning your perfect Australian Custom Tour

Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our team will promptly get in touch to discuss your travel ideas, preferences, and any specific requests you have. From there, we’ll arrange an initial consultation, which can take place over the phone or through an online platform like Zoom, so you can ask questions, explore options, and begin crafting your ideal tour.

Step Two: We do all the planning

After our initial consultation, we’ll put together a preliminary version of your custom tour, tailored to your travel style and budget. This initial plan will give you a clear idea of the experience we envision for you. We’ll send it over for your review, and once we receive your feedback, we’ll refine it further and create a comprehensive, detailed itinerary for your final approval. Our goal is to ensure every detail aligns with your vision for the perfect trip.

Step Three: Book your Australian Custom Tour

The next step is to secure your custom tour booking. To do so, we require a 20% deposit plus the cost of any internal domestic flights we provide, with the remaining balance due sixty days prior to your travel date. Once the balance of your custom tour is paid for, we’ll provide you with access to a travel app that contains all the important details, itineraries, and up-to-date information, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips as your adventure approaches. Step Four: The fun begins

Once you arrive in Australia or New Zealand, your travel app will provide all the relevant information you need for your journey. Should any concerns arise during your trip, the app features a 24-hour helpline number, ensuring you have access to assistance whenever you need it, so you can travel with complete peace of mind. At the end of your Australian Custom Tour we will finalise any refunds or changes and return them back to your credit card, this process can take up to 21 days.
